"This particular agency is extremely unethical and only care about finalizing the policy. I was given an insurance quote on one vehicle than later added another vehicle. Statefarm did not discuss the terms of the second vehicle just adjusted my payment. When my car got in an accident I file a claim and was told that my deductible was 10,000 yes you heard it right 10,000. I never even know that a 10,000 deductible existed. I called my agent and said I didn’t agree to a 10,000 deductible it must be a typo Rusty Scheel my agent pretended like he wanted to help me by looking into what went wrong he promise to call me back but had one of his employees call me back instead trying to aggressively convince me that I agreed to a 10,000 deductible. Why would anyone want to pay 10,000 out of pocket on a car that is only valued at 19,000. Please don’t use this office they are very unethical and the will canceled your policy even after they deny your claims."

"I just cancelled my last policy with them. I used to have all my policies here, but the quality of service has declined recently. Each call i've made to the office has resulted in them not being helpful with a few insurance issues/questions that have led to them just trying to defend themselves and argue on the phone. Not only did i get my insurance reduced by 50% with another provider, but the customer services is better. Overall ratings are high here, but they are not as great as these reviews are showing so just be careful."
